Didn’t think I’d be able to get this in southeast, metropolitan Florida. Tried 2 other dealers first for both a Sport 2 and a Sport 1 who laughed / weren’t trying to get close to my numbers. Reached out to the sales manager at my local dealership who I met earlier in the week where I test drove. Sent a proposal for a lux 1 CTA (12% discount, $4k in rebates, would’ve been about $12,600 DAS on a one-pay with $4,000 in rebates and $8,600 in cash). Immediately got back to me, said my numbers were spot on, but they only have a 2026 not a 2025. Stock number I reached out on was in an accident. Explained I was sticking to a 2025 to keep at that target price. He reached back out saying they just got a 2025 sport 2 back from an event and we agreed on the numbers below. I valued super cruise and upgraded AKG sound system with noise cancelation among the other small, luxury features.

The inputs I used to come up with my proposal are below and based on $4,000 in qualified rebates which yielded $14,500 due at signing ($4,000 rebates + $10,500 due by me) on a one pay lease. After the agreement, dealer informed me the GM Supplier rebate ($1,000) couldn’t be used because it was used as an event car, but made the numbers work to what we agreed on without me having to ask.

2025 Cadillac Lyriq Sport 2, marked as a CTA, with 72 miles

My proposal:

MSRP: $73,139.00

Selling Price: $63,148.00 (13.66%)

Rebates: $4000 (Conquest, GM Supplier, GM Rewards Signup, and Private Offer)

Term: 24mo/10k miles

RV: $57,048 (78%)

MF: 0.00302 - .00042 (one pay lease) = 0.00260

Because they could only use $3,000 in rebates, the selling price on the final contract was $60,744 (16.95%) to maintain the same $10,500 target owed by me. I assume they also marked up the MF slightly..,. only way I can get the numbers in the calculator to line up.

Big thanks to @trism and others who I either messaged or shared their data points. Returning the favor.
