While it may not sound like a stellar deal for big markets like CA and NY, it’s not as easy as in Michigan. I reached out to a few dealers in my area, and most of them quoted me in the $900 range. The best offer I got was from my first dealer, which is also the nearest to me. I was trying to push more to get it under $600, and I realized that the benefit of annual savings $30 * 12 = $360 may blow the deal away, so I just took it. The entire cycle from reaching out to dealers to picking up the vehicle was like 4 days.
