Seeing all these Lyriq deals make me really wish it’d fit in tiny NYC driveway…alas! Ioniq 5 lease was coming due and as much as I quite liked the car, the lack of an ICCU fix after all these years (and no one wanting to ground the lease!) killed all interest. Would’ve held out for an iX3 or a Rivian R2, but these figures worked out close enough to my Ioniq deal when there was still a $7,500 tax credit that I figure it was worth it. Quite like the red color too! MSRP: $60,114 Selling Price: $53,886 (10.4% discount) Term: 24 month / 10k miles MF: .00107 Residual: 72% Rebates: $3,500 ($2k conquest, $1k regional cash, $500 GM card) DAS: $2,418 (this was weird, when I was talking with the salesperson, there was a $600 being applied, but GM’s acq fee is 0. Ultimately in the sheet it just looks like it just got wrapped into a cap cost reduction), otherwise its first month payment, NY taxes & fees and $170 doc fee Monthly: $369 I would’ve taken a one pay, but the numbers I was being given weren’t solving to a .00042 MF reduction. That said, they did also offer to pay the Hyundai disposition fee and ground the Ioniq lease on my behalf, which sealed the deal. Think this car was tagged as an Event car, which would explain the no questions asked 10% discount, but it only had 88 on the odometer. It’s also why it didn’t qualify for GM Supplier, or so I was told. I’m a tad upset that I missed the Costco Exec promo by two days and never got the $500 private offer to show, though not sure they would’ve let me use it. IMG_90451428×1071 763 KB
